After over 12 years, the original Walking Dead series concluded with Norman Reedus as the series star, Darryl. While many Walking Dead spin-off shows are running at AMC, including one following Darryl, the actor Norman Reedus also has time to join more feature films. According to Deadline, actor Norman Reedus has joined the cast of the John Wick spin-off movie Ballerina starring Ana de Armas. He joins a cast that includes Anjelica Huston, Ian McShane, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and the return of Keanu Reeves as John Wick. Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Chad Stahelski return to produce the film. Lee adds, “We’re huge fans of Norman, and we’re confident that the fans will be just as excited as we are that he’s joining the Wick universe. He’ll make an incredible addition to Ballerina.” Shay Hatten penned a script for director Len Wiseman, which is currently in production.
