‘The Hunger Games’ Prequel Adds Hunter Schafer And A Slew Of Other Tributes

Recently, Variety announced that transgender actress Hunter Schafer has joined the cast of The Hunger Games prequel alongside Tom Blyth and Rachel Zegler. She is best known for her role on HBO’s Euphoria and will play Tigris Snow, cousin of Coriolanus Snow.

Deadline adds that several other actors have joined the cast from the various Districts in Panem including Jerome Lance as Marcus of District 2, Ashley Liao as Clemensia of District 11, Knox Gibson as Bobbin of District 8, Mackenzie Lansing as Coral of District 4, and Aamer Husain as Felix of District 11. Director Francis Lawrence returns from the original films to direct the prequel. Production is currently underway.
