Ella Purnell Joins Amazon Prime’s ‘Fallout’ TV Series

Today, Deadline announced that actress Ella Purnell has joined the cast of Fallout on Amazon Prime. She is best known for her roles in Yellowjackets and Army of the Dead. Her character Jean details is being kept under wraps but described as “a young woman with a can-do attitude who may be hiding a dangerous secret.”. She joins the previously announced Walter Goggins that plays an original character exposed to radiation in this post-apocalyptic world. Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy are writing and producing the project for the streaming service.  Nolan will also direct the first episode.
