Andrew Burnap Cast As The Love Interest in Disney’s ‘Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs’

Today, The Hollywood Reporter announced that Tony Award winner Andrew Burnap has been cast in the upcoming live-action Snow White film at Disney. He joins West Side Story breakout actress Rachel Zegler as Snow White. While Burnap has been cast as the love interest in the film, he will not be the Prince or Huntsman. According to The DisInsider, he will play an original character named Jonathan. A bad-boy Robin Hood-type character steals for those in need. Gal Gadot also was announced as The Evil Witch for the upcoming remake. The film will be directed by The Amazing Spider-Man director Marc Webb with a screenplay by Greta Gerwig. Production begins later this Spring in the UK.
