Today, our friend Daniel Richman revealed on his Patreon that a sequel series is in the works for The Losers. The series is being developed by Amazon Studios. The original film was made in 2010 based on the comic book of the same name with an ensemble cast including Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Idris Elba, Chris Evans, and Zoe Saldana. Featuring a special covert ops team that is falsely accused of a murder they didn’t commit. The report only mentions that Jeffrey Dean Morgan is set to return after spending several years on AMC’s The Walking Dead. No showrunner or writer has been attached to the project yet.
