Today, during DCFanDome‘s panel for James Gunn’s Suicide Squad the entire cast was finally revealed. Many, had been wondering what character Idris Elba was playing in the film. Some thought he was playing a recast version of Deadshot, Bronze Tiger, or even Vigilante. However, James Gunn revealed that Elba has been cast as Bloodsport. John Cena was also confirmed to be playing Peacemaker. As well as Peter Capaldi confirmed as The Thinker. With King Shark making his live-action debut but the casting is still kept under wraps.
The rest of the cast includes Michael Rooker plays Savant, Flula Borg plays Javelin, David Dastmalchian plays Polka Dot Man, Daniela Melchoir plays Ratcatcher 2, Mayling Ng plays Mongal, Alice Braga plays Sol Soria, Pete Davidson plays Blackguard, Nathan Fillion plays TDK and Sean Gunn plays Weasel. Lastly, Viola Davis returns as Amanda Waller. With Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang and Margot Robbie returning once again as Harley Quinn.
