Today, a new report announced that Alan Ritchson has boarded the Helldivers video game live-action movie. This comes after the news that Jason Momoa exited the project earlier this summer. We at Knight Edge Media had heard the studio was having a terrible time finding his replacement, as many actors passed before landing on Ritchson. Ritchson is best known for his roles in Blue Mountain State, Titans, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but most recently has appeared on Prime Video’s Reacher. Justin Lin is set to helm the project.
Helldivers is slated to hit theaters on November 10th, 2027
