Today, a report announced that Matthew Lillard has joined the growing cast of DC Studios’ Man of Tomorrow. Lillard has had a bit of a resurgence in recent years, appearing in Five Nights at Freddy’s, Scream 7, and, most recently, in Marvel Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again season 2. While he played the wacky CIA agent Mr. Charles in Daredevil, his role in Man of Tomorrow is currently unknown. Production on the Superman sequel is currently underway.
Man of Tomorrow will fly into theaters on July 9th, 2027
Matt and I sat in a trailer with the head of Warner Bros, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, on the set of Scooby-Doo in 2000 (!!!) and told him we wanted do Plastic Man.
