Xolo Maridueña Confirmed as Ace in Netflix’s ‘One Piece’ Season 3

Today, Netflix officially announced that actor Xolo Maridueña has joined the cast of One Piece season 3. He has long been fancast by fans of the original anime to play Luffy’s (played by Iñaki Godoy) older brother, Ace. Maridueña is best known for his many years on the other Netflix smash hit, Cobra Kai. As well as being one of the few actors to be brought over into the new DC Cinematic Universe as Blue Beetle, following his own original movie. Production on season 3 will begin on November 24th, back in Cape Town, South Africa.
