Today, Lionsgate announced that several more actors have joined the ever-growing cast of The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. Scot Greenan (Robin Hood) joins as Burdock Everdeen, and Grace Ackary (The Winter King) will play Asterid March.
Burdock and Asterid are the future parents of Katniss Everdeen (originally played by Jennifer Lawrence), as depicted in the original Hunger Games books/movies. The new cast members also include Melody Chikak Brown as Hattie Meeny and Jefferson White as Mr. McCoy. Production is currently underway in Germany.
