Today, a recent report announced that actress Naomi Ackie has entered early talks to co-star in DC Studios’ upcoming Clayface movie. Ackie is best known for appearing in Mickey 17 and 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. She knows Welsh actor Tom Rhys Harries, who stars in the title role. The film follows a washed-up actor who undergoes a procedure and becomes disfigured. James Watkins is set to direct the film with a screenplay by Mike Flanagan.
Clayface is slated to hit theaters on September 11th, 2026
